Cindy R. Braly – Chief Nursing Officer

Ms. Braly, MAAL, BS, RN, serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for Foundation HealthCare.   Ms. Braly earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Phillips University in Enid, Oklahoma, her Registered Nursing degree in Nursing from Concord Hospital School of Nursing in Concord, New Hampshire, and her Master Degree in Arts in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.  Ms. Braly is a member in good standing of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, Association of periOperative Registered Nurses, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.  She obtained her Legal Nurse Consulting Certification in 2003 and has been a Certified Nurse in the Operating Room since 1990. Ms. Braly also served as a Board Member for the Oklahoma Organization of Nurse Executives and Board Member of Platt College School of Surgical Technology.

Ms. Braly’s 30 plus years of nursing and clinical experience has been in perioperative nursing in small and large hospitals in Concord, New Hampshire,  Del Rio, Texas, San Antonio, Texas, Enid, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.   The last four years have been dedicated to Foundation HealthCare and driving nursing and  clinical excellence, and providing an overwhelming patient experience in Foundation HealthCare facilities.

As the Chief Nursing Officer for Foundation HealthCare  responsibilities include clinical outcomes management, licensure and accreditation compliance, risk management, clinical operations, and clinical transition management.   Prior to joining Foundation HeathCare, Ms. Braly held the positions of Vice-President of Clinical Operations, Chief Nursing Officer, Vice-President of Operations, and Director of Perioperative Services, and Director of Quality Management.
