Burris was previously CEO of Haxtun Hospital District in Colorado and has over 22 years of experience in health care administration and consultancy.
Burris is a graduate of University of Arkansas and earned his Masters on Business Administration from Webster University and Master of Science from University of Colorado Denver. He also has a Doctorate of Philosophy from Northcentral University.
